BUILDING TRUST: Learn the concepts of vulnerability-based trust. When team members are genuinely transparent and honest with one another, they are able to build vulnerability-based trust. TRUST is foundational, without it none of the other behaviors are possible.
* Explore what the term “vulnerability-based trust” means
* Understand the team’s current trust level
* Learn about the team’s DiSC Styles and how the styles impact trust
* Understand how trust impacts team productivity
