Let's Chase Growth

What is Smart, Savvy Change?

Being a smart leader has little to do with education or degrees and more to do with having a quick-witted intelligence. It’s the ability to see beyond the facts by using intuition and perception.  Likewise, someone who is savvy has common sense, good judgment and is also an expert in a particular area. When you combine Smart & Savvy to make the necessary changes in your professional and personal life, you’ll find yourself on an incredible journey toward growing stronger. Let Beth provide you with an insightful, data-driven view of yourself and others in order to help you take calculated risks and make Smart, Savvy Change.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ is the result of the partnership between Wiley Workplace Learning Solutions and best-selling author of The Five Behaviors of a Dysfunctional Team, Patrick Lencioni. Together, they have created a team program with a simple goal – to improve team effectiveness and productivity through the understanding and application of The Five Behaviors: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

With The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, individuals gain insight about their team’s strengths and challenges and discover how effective communication and objective feedback transforms team culture. Powered by Everything DiSC®, the profiles help participants understand their own DiSC style – D: Dominance, i: Influence, S:Steadiness, and C: Conscientiousness – and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.

This program is designed for intact teams and can take from 1 – 3 days. Additional coaching and/or consulting optional.
