Training Supervisor Development

Supervisors are the linchpin between strategy and execution, yet they are often unprepared for the demands of their role. Through examining and discussing real-world examples and participating in experiential exercises, you will gain the skills and foundational concepts to be successful and fully enable those you manage to perform to their highest potential.

This course was designed for leaders and supervisors in the U.S. Army’s PEO EIS.
