Training Effective Questioning

Session Overview: The question, “Why did you do that?” can make some people uncomfortable. People who ask this question may truly just want to understand the underlying reason behind a decision. Effective leaders are curious leaders. They humbly ask questions to gather information, learn new things, and strengthen relationships with others.
