HR works hard to recruit talent. Unfortunately, many employees leave because they see no path forward. HR lacks a structured way to help individuals define and design their career to optimize all the resources at their disposal. Often the focus is only on the mission, vision, and goals of the organization. While organizational goals are extremely important, so are the goals of the individuals who work for them. When employers align their goals with those of their employees they have a positive powerhouse of productivity.
During this workshop, Beth will share a nine-step process all HR Professionals can use to help develop individual employees define and design their career. Organizations will maximize their resources and retain valuable talent.

- Learn a systematic process to help employees define and design their career within the organization to increase engagement, productivity and retention
- Consider ways to align the organization’s goals with employee career aspirations – replace career uncertainty with career certainty.
